These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phskay ("phskay," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phskay website located at phskay.net, including all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the phskay Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phskay Platform.

To register and use the phskay Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. phskay strictly enforces this requirement and will request valid government-issued identification — including but not limited to a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license — to verify your age before processing your first deposit.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phskay is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phskay or by any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phskay, or an immediate family member of any such person.

phskay reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access real-money gaming features on phskay, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) phskay account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phskay employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be immediately suspended, and all associated balances and bonuses will be forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phskay login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phskay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

Account Verification (KYC): phskay is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to submit any documents requested by phskay for identity verification purposes, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

All financial transactions on the phskay Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phskay supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be supported where available.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phskay account upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change. phskay does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. phskay aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

Withdrawal Conditions: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. phskay reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

phskay offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagers placed on certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse: phskay reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.

All games available on the phskay Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game display and the game server records, the server records shall be deemed authoritative.

phskay uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness and integrity.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, phskay reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the corresponding wager amounts. phskay shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phskay Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Creating or operating more than one phskay account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phskay staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

phskay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools available to all registered players, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the phskay Platform may request self-exclusion at any time through their account settings or by contacting phskay customer support. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, phskay will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform, including blocking marketing communications.

Age Verification: phskay strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed and any deposits refunded, less any amounts already wagered.

All content on the phskay Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of phskay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phskay.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phskay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if phskay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phskay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phskay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phskay's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phskay collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phskay complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

phskay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phskay will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising between you and phskay that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who believe they have a complaint regarding the Platform's operations may also escalate their concern to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
